Cooking Instructions: 1 cup quinoa + 2 cups water + 15 minutes cook time. In a medium pot, combine 1 cup toasted quinoa (no pre-rinsing required) with 2 cups water. Bring water to boil, cover pot, turn heat down to low and simmer for 15 minutes. Turn off heat and allow quinoa to rest in covered pot for 10 minutes. Fluff with fork and serve.
