Cooking Directions: For food safety, follow these cooking directions. Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F as measured by a thermometer. Since cooking appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only. Stove Top: For every 1 cup florets, bring 1/4 cup water to a boil. Add cauliflower, bring to a boil, cover and simmer until tender, 5-6 minutes. Microwave (1100 W): In a microwave-safe bowl, add 2 tablespoons water to package of cauliflower. Microwave covered on high 5-6 minutes, stirring once. Caution: Product will be hot. Perishable. Keep refrigerated. Keep frozen until ready to use. Promptly refrigerate leftovers.
